Request account deletion
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data on the Redtail platform (including Fox Checkin).
Important warnings
- This action is irreversible. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be restored.
- You will lose access to all services linked to this account, including Fox Checkin (check-in/out, history, leave requests, contacts).
- Your request will be sent to the organization that manages your account (your employer or administrator). They will be notified of your deletion request and may process it in accordance with their policies.
- Your account and associated data will be deleted within 90 days of a valid request, subject to legal and operational requirements. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
- Before requesting deletion, export or save any information you need. We will not be able to recover your data after deletion.
What happens when you submit
When you submit this form, we record your email and your intent to delete your account. Your request is forwarded to our systems and to the organization that manages your account (e.g. your company's HR or admin). Your account and personal data associated with it will be scheduled for deletion and will be removed within 90 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons. You will not receive a separate confirmation email unless we need to contact you about your request.
